K12Marketplace offers products from qualified vendors who have pledged to maintain high standards of quality and service.   
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

If your order is not correct or you’re not happy with our service, please call us immediately at 888-966-3512.

K12Marketplace vendors will replace or issue a credit for any item returned within 30 days of receipt.

No returns will be accepted after the return period has expired.

All products must be returned in original condition as shipped by the vendor (including shrink-wrap on products that are sold as new and shipped in shrink-wrap).   Books stamped or otherwise altered after receipt are not returnable.   All return orders must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).   Call Customer Service at 888-966-3512 to request an RMA, no returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Super Saver items are not eligible for return or exchange.
